what about creating a cute and clever eye-catching portfolio to send or take to districts/schools? this is a bit more personal than a resume or personnel file and has pictures of bulletin boards and class projects and letters from parents and anyone who has anything nice to say about you. you can put your personal statement in there, philosophy, goals...
