Clip to ScrapBook
I don't write much detail. Those little squares in the plan books we are supposed to use really don't leave much space to write anything in detail. I put the name of the lesson down, page #s if there are any, the name of a lab or activity if there was one, indicate if I provided notes and write the hwk. I keep a large binder where I keep copies of all the papers/notes I give the kids. That is useful when a kid needs another copy of something or if I want to make sure I had covered a particular skill when I'm making up a test.
