Grant teacher

I started out as a class size reduction teacher wich was funded through a grant. I was nervious too. We ended up needing that grant for another grade leval to open up our class size to the max. I do know that in our district if they hire you they keep you if at all possiable. It may mean moving to a different position though if the grant goes south.
