I teach in NC and we have a publication from our Department of Public Instruction called Weekly Essentials. Each week's plan includes a game. (The Essentials have recently been revised due to a curriculum revision, so I can't be sure they are still called that without looking it up.) If you search for NCDPI and then go to the Math Curriculum section for your grade and choose Teacher Resources, you should be able to find them.
