tap lights

where do you purchase these lights? I always look for a way to figure out who "buzzed in" first, but it is nearly impossible at times. then you have kids who get the "that's not fair" tone and it practically ruins the game. I would love to find a way around this and it sounds like these lights would be a great, i just don't know exactly what they are or where to find them.
