capitals...
By Doug

Clip to ScrapBook
I've been using the following in my class for the past number of years to help with capitals and punc. It is called the "4 Point Check". My grade ones have found it to be very successful.

Make a cute poster with the following 4 things:
1. Capitals
2. Punctuation
3. Spacing
4. Does It Make Sence?

I review it a lot early (in a fun way!)in the year and it is well engrained by Christmas. My students usually don't have a problem with it anymore. Good luck!
