First Grade

When I student taught in first grade, I made an "ALL ABOUT ME" poster. I put photos of my family, foods, pets, friends, hobbies, and many other things that are important to me. I used pictures from magazines and actual objects| to give it a three dimensional look. I also put a picture of my first grade class when I was a child. I gathered the students on the floor and I shared it with them. They loved it. I keep the poster displayed in the classroom and on display during OPEN HOUSE. I was so suprised about how much the students learned about me. Many of them shared the "ALL ABOUT ME" poster with their parents. |

Use a Science Project board so it is able to stand up alone, display on a big book stand or chart stand. I am going on my second year of teaching first grade and love it!!! SHELL Have FUN!!!
