The only way I know to make a template in Kid Pix is to save it as a stationary pad. To do that,create your template and then save it (I usually do it to the desktop for easy access). then quit out of kid pix. Select your template (just one click) then go to "get info" -- you will have the option to check the box marked "stationary pad". That will make it a template and each time someone uses it they can change the name to suit their purposes. Hope this helps.
