not enough time

My half day kindergarten schedule is like this:
9:00Welcome, Flag, Calendar, Weather
9:15 Circle time: I sing songs, fingerplays etc and introduce the theme for the day.
I will teach a letter, sight word, theme etc.
9:45 Art or workbook, ditto, lesson time
10:30 Snack
10:45 Math lesson time or another instructional time for teaching
11:30 Free play and computers/centers
dismissal at 12 noon.
I teach a letter a week with usually Monday being my phonics day. Each day of the week I use a theme around the letter (A: apple, alligators, addresses, etc.) With free play at the end of the time, I have leeway for if I need more time to teach. I review skills in circle time and keep track of what each child is doing.
