potty time

We had a scheduled potty time. Actually we had 2, but thats not really important. We marched all of the kids to the bathroom. We said that everyone had to try to go. If they didn't try and had to go later, they lost 5 minutes of recess or play time. We used a timer as well. When students went by themselves to the bathroom, they had a timer. They had to be back in the classroom when it dinged, or they would lose recess or play time. This cut back on the bathroom trips.
