tough one

Clip to ScrapBook
I would suggest you set up a special procedure for her to follow. When she needs to go have her see you so that you can record the time she is leaving. Tell her she must check in with you when she gets back so you can record the time out of class. If she is out more than 5 minutes impose a consequence which you have explained to her such as loss of some choice time, time out, recess on the bench time. If she knows what the consequences are and knows that she can't get away with it she may correct herself. I had a child last year similar to yours. I kept track of her time out and told her if I thought she was fooling around on purpose. She made the correction and seemed agreeable at the same time.
