the right sub By J

My advice is to get a sub that can handle the class from the get go. Nothing is worse than having the kids get off on the wrong foot. Ask for someone you trust and who can be firm with those rules and procedures that must be set up. Perhaps a retired teacher or one who has often subbed for you in the past. It will be fine. Don't worry. You should mainly be thinking about yourself and your well-being. If you are good at your job and I am sure you are, you can overcome, even if they don't get off on the right track. I hwish you a speedy recovery!
