Head Start Goodies

1. Grahams and peanut butter (I never had any kids with food allergies, whew!)
2. celery and peanut butter (raisins optional)
3. Cheese sliced into sticks (Many different varieties to sample) and whole wheat crackers.
4.
raisins (kids still love the little boxes!)
5. apples, oranges, or other fresh fruit
6. yogurt
7. carrots and dip
8. bagels and cream cheese
9. Canned fruit and oatmeal cookies
10. Peanut butter and honey on whole wheat bread
11. Pineapple and cottage cheese
12. Whole-wheat muffins (baked with raisins or fresh blueberries...WOW!!!)
13. Tortilla
chips and salsa (Yeah, they did eat it!)
14. Ice cream (okay, frozen yogurt...but I'm not gonna tell them that!)
15. Applesauce(cinnamon or wheat germ optional)

I'm hungry now. I wish I had grown up snacking that healthy!
