As for the aggressive child, I too would recommend you document everything. Furthermore, I would suggest you put up with none of his shenanigans. As soon as he acts aggressively, provide immediate consequences. When it happens
again, contact your supervisor/principal. When it happens again, write a note home - each and every time. You need to have a paper trail and it needs to become important to the parents. If it becomes a constant issue for them as well, they will have to deal with it and follow the school rules. Sometimes it takes this much action to get the parents to go along with the program. You
don't want to have a suit on your hands because the aggressive child bullies the others. The other children need to feel protected at all times. If you have to call the parents in enough they will do something about it just to get you off their back.
