Rest time

I agree with you. I teach a full time kindergarten class,also. After lunch they get so exited and they need to calm down. This quiet restime allows them to do this. These little ones require this rest time to make it through the day. Ask your administration to come in and observe to see for themselvesI feel like they trying to change the original purpose for kindergarten.Kids need to be kids.
